PDR are carrying out the Defects on my property, when i say 'carrying out' i mean that lightly as they don't turn up to appointments and do not have the decency to call you and inform you that no one is coming. We have to chase to be told "Ooh, yeah they aren't coming" we have taken 3 days off work unpaid for them to not turn up. Don't arrange anything through Simon as he will forget to book anything in and doesn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. it takes 2 seconds for a courtesy call to apologise and advise that someone is delayed or not coming. The workers even lie and say no one was in when they knocked because they didn't bother showing up in the first place. They came to fix my front door handle, and removed the self closing arm which has left my front door not in line with fire regulations and have no indication of when they are coming back to fix it! The only person who knows what they are doing is Rebecca who i cannot fault! So many things have been wrong with this flat or done incorrectly when being built, even an unsafe boiler! I wouldn't use these people to build your flats unless you are prepared for poorly done work and unhappy homeowners when it comes to defects.

I was employed by PDR construction to put right poorly installed electrical work at a new build block of flats they built. Despite agreement via email of the price and instruction to work they failed to pay the invoice. Then ignored all following emails and calls regarding any payment. Took debt recovery company to get them to contact me with excuse as to why it hasn't been paid. Finally got the payment 4 months late. Looks like there accounting sides as good as the buildings they throw together. AVOID

Just moved into a property built by this company (brand new). Got a major leak in kitchen for over a week. They can not be bothered to sort out, no phone call back, just nothing. Total disgrace. What ever you do, don't buy/ rent from them. This is a new block of flats and the amount of complaints are escalating
