Stay away from these. Customer service score 0. Holiday score 0. What a waste of money. Arrived at hotel. No knowledge of our booking. No room available so put in a storage room. Hotel was falling apart. Septic tank overflowing and being pumped out on the waste land next to the hotel. 3 fights in 1 night. No security . The one rating was the staff tried so hard to deal with the wave of complaints. No rep. 17 months later no response of any substance and left for months before we get a paragraph reply offering £100 refund for £3500 holiday. Reported to anta, and atol. STAY AWAY
