Olympian security services now known as OSG is a aweful company they have so many deductions from your wages that they don't tell you about. They employ anyone with a badge even if you have been doing it for a day, i worked at a covid test site and the 2 months I was there 1 members of OSG was stealing, 1 was smoking cannabis while at work, 1 was drunk while at work, night staff open admit that they leave site and go to sleep. There was a number of staff that was on there phones all day or listening to music or even going to sleep during day shift, I had 2 valid reasons why I was off and had my shifts cut and was given to people mentioned above. Then I got my p45 with my final pay which had nearly £700 = £500 for misconduct which i don't know what misconduct I done as you can't get a reply, £85 = vetting that they don't tell you about £60 = uniform that's worth about £20, and £4 everytime you forget to book on or off? They don't pay you for any overtime that you do while you are waiting for staff to take over shift. How on earth they have got any contracts with SERCO is beyond me with the recruitment team and management they have. I would AVOID! at all cost and go to SSGC which I have now and they do the same work but with more professional staff and better pay and non of these secret deduction they don't tell you about. IF YOU FOLLOW ANY SECURITY BLOGS OR SOCIAL MEDIA I WILL POST THE CONTRACT THAT THEY OFFER ITS SHOCKINGLY BAD.
