Really disappointed in our recently experience with Olumo foods. Not only did they completely miss our order so the items were not delivered in time for Eid but the plantain we recieved is all mushy and won't last another day. A complete waste of money. We was also promised a free gift for the inconvenience which we obviously did not receive. We don't live near an African or international food store so online ordering is our only option and the website says 'we deliver 7 days a week' I had to call after not recieving dispatch notification i called early in the day so if there was an issue it could rectified in time to still recieve the delivery but didn't receive a call back until late afternoon meaning it would be another 4 days until our order could be dispatched. Not a happy experience.
