Big warning for anyone thinking of using this company. Oltco is just a franchise group. It has a big national image and you are lulled into a sense that you are not dealing with a little one-man band franchise. If they issue a guarantee it is not issued from Oltco, it will be a guarantee from the local franchise. Steve the owner of JS Resin (Kent) is a pleasant guy and will promise a quality of work which he would like to achieve but can't as he is reliant on subcontract labour. If you wish to achieve a smooth, flat surface then don't go for Oltco! It will look like the waves of the sea... but apparently that's covered in their T&C's! Don't go for any other services either...we got them to lay stone steps which have worked loose as they were not bonded. They also left resin marks on doors, steps etc. Services: Patio paving, Driveway installation

I obtained several quotes before choosing to go with Steve and Oltco, I found his quote to be very reasonable with no hidden extras and I would not hesitate to use them again. Steve and the team at Oltco Kent did an excellent job of installing resin surface over our patio plus path ways and we're delighted with the results. We are lucky to have a big family including grandparents. Our path before the resin used to be so icey in the winter. This year it was so easy to clear the snow away from it and it wasnt at all slippy on the icy days. The picture shows the work in progress and you can see the difference it's made. Steve explained everything clearly and we liked being able to use the Recycle Bound product they offer which uses recycled plastic. Laina in the office provided great customer service and the team worked really hard to get it all done in a day. We are saving up to have our Driveway over layed with resin next year. We would highly recommend Steve and the team.

Thorough, professional and very personable the companies family ethos was carried through him, which is what drew us to choosing this company for the groundwork’s and installation of our pathway. Just had my garden done in resin as i wanted a cleaned finished look with little maintenance. I have to say from start to Finish of dealing with Jaye had been a pleasure. He kept me informed of everything. Eddie and jamie who came round to complete the works were lovely and very professional. The finiahed product is amazing and im now thinming of using them for my porch too! Highly recommended!
