She's extremely intuitive and I always leave after a treatment feeling so peaceful and relaxed. Most recently I contacted Caroline to ask if she could help me with my sleep and she introduced me to individual sound bath massages, which have been hugely effective and resulted in much deeper rest. Fantastic session with Caroline from Lotus Therapies. The setting (Top Knot Alpacas, Graveney, Kent) was idyllic. We got to meet and feed the beautiful alpacas and followed this up with a very calming Yoga Nidra session, tea and biscuits. But the icing on the cake was the way Caroline managed to introduce a "sound bath" into the guided relaxation session, using Tibetan Bowls, during Yoga Nidra. This is the perfect gift for a stressed-out friend or just a treat for yourself. Highly recommend.

Yoga - have been attending weekly yoga classes which are great fir stretch and flexibility as well as relaxation . Massage - I have found these robe highly relaxing and very effective when I have ingurt or strains Reflexology - they’d is great fir relaxation and dealing with specific issues of stress peri menopause and general ailments. Caroline takes a holistic approach to wellness and health looking at the whole person and adapting her services to meet your specific needs. She has a calm and easy manner and years of experience to use her wisdom to treat the individual.

I've been an (almost) weekly client of Lotus Therapies for over a year now and I have only positive feedback. I came to Caroline with bi-weekly tension headaches and her magical ability to know what my body needs just by listening to me for 5 mins still blows my mind. I have Reflexology, Reiki and Massages to release the emotional & mental stress build up in my neck, shoulders and back + stomach and infertility issues and can't live without her treatment now. HIGHLY Recommend!

Caroline is such an amazing therapist. I love how she just knows what's going on in your body. There have been many occasions where Caroline has quite literally put me back together as I do have a tendancy to push my body to the limits. I also love the relaxing and me time element of it. I have been seeing Caroline regularly for treatments and couldn't recommend her highly enough. The products she makes are also incredible, I could not live without the curly hair cream!!! A huge fan of Lotus Therapies and Caroline.
