I was not impressed at all by the customer service element offered, the approach to work was disappointing to say the least, I do very much regret my choice of photographer. The photos were also just 'OK', certainly not worth the amount paid. There were only about three 'must have' photos, none of which were achieved. *I have seen Paula's note above about fake reviews - this is unfortunately a genuine review* Update, Feb 2021 - I see Paula has just replied to this review from seven months ago. I confirm again that this is a genuine review. I'm unsure who Carlos and Claire are but I promise I am a client who married prior to Feb 2020. If you look at my other reviews you'll see that they are for Leeds-based businesses and are for a mix of company types, not wedding-specific. Therefore the claim of cross referencing does not apply here. I don't feel a back and forth argument would be beneficial here, but would hope that any business would respond quickly to reviews, both positive and negative, to develop and improve their business.
