Seriously folks PLEASE AVOID this shop, They NEVER use fresh oil to cook food. Their chips are a mixture of rock hard or floppy un-crispy chips that stink like they are about 50 years old. You get tiny portions but in this case I was glad for that. It smells like the oil has been recycled over n over n over n over, this is really not healthy. After trying to eat a few chips I had a stomache ache so I threw the rest in the bin. I asked for freshly cooked chips, took my money and served me old stinky chips, I rate this -10 of a score of 1 - 10. filthy shop

Went to olive's last night as I was in tesco express so it was convenient, hadn't been there in years as didn't like it so thought I'd try again. What a mistake. Customer service wasn't the best, food was just pure greasy and not the best quality. Won't be going back there, I'll stick to kendal chippy (my favourite chippy in southampton)
