BEWARE! This company changed ownership! The previous owners were fantastic and I was a loyal customer for many years. The new owners I do not recommend. The rugs do not come back as clean as they used to and they have caused considerable damage to one of my liner rugs and have not apologised, nor have they offered to repair it, instead told me it’s in their terms and conditions that they do not accept any liability for any damages. I was already disappointed in the lack of quality of the clean under the new owners, but now also shocked at their poor customer service. Having posted this on social media already, I’ve had a strong response of other people who have experienced the same bad service. Another customer also had their rug ripped by Damian’s team and he didn’t even respond when she complained.
