This place is very consistent . The rudest service guaranteed every time. The woman here also stores your parcels for sending on the shop floor as if she wants people to trip over them or help themselves. Awful standard for a post office and if you go to the post office counter when she is at the shop counter , ( 2 steps away ) , does she get annoyed . The shop has been left to rot as well , the outside is very untidy and this continues inside the shop .

I visited the post office at Oliver’s Battery today 1st April and I had the most awful experience…the woman was so rude to me.. I am an Indian female and must say this is not how we treat other people. She is giving other Indian women a very bad reputation. She has no respect, basically shouted at me for asking about the price of postage.. I will never go there again and everyone should avoid that place!!! Utter disgusting and a disgrace!!! She is in the wrong industry!

Really rude lady. Felt like I was disturbing her. Went to post 2 pre paid parcels and as she couldn’t/wouldn’t give me a receipt as proof of sending she told me I needed the other half of the label to scan which was in the document holder. I said ok but do you have sellotape so I can secure the label back up and she replied: why would she give me sellotape when I can buy it myself. Appalling. I told her not to bother and left. So rude.

Its a bit like fawlty towers go newsagents but without the laughs. One of the worst shops i have ever encountered. How this shop actually stays open is beyond me. Let alone makes money. Its a huge shame cause the shop has so much potential to be a gold mine. Why she feels that's its ok to be rude to customers is quite beyond me. As for the royal mail this is a post office she choices not to have the post office section open in doing so she can't moan she's run out space employ the staff than possibly it wouldn't take up to much space in shop. But than again it all boils down to the money side of things being rude to customers drives away those funds

Unbelievably rude and aggressive behaviour from lady behind the counter. More interested in watching videos on her phone than serving customers who are nothing but an inconvenience to her. If I had a choice to go elsewhere I would. Such a shame because its a really handy location and could be a lovely shop.
