My first visit was good. They couldn't seem to do enough for me. Ever since, I've had just an awful service. Despite my calling in and confirming with a gentleman that my order for a 3 in 1 travel system was in and ready to collect, when I called in yesterday to check that if they were open on the bank holiday weekend, it turns out half of my order has mysteriously disappeared! I wonder how that could have happened? Aside from the fact that I had to find this out for myself, which was annoying, it wasn't like they weren't aware that it had happened, because behind the scenes they had ordered alternative parts (in a different fabric) so we wouldn't receive a matching set. Not only this, but they told me that apart from not having a matching set, I would have to pay for a more expensive ISOFIX mount, despite being their error and having already put down my deposit. Fortunately, for Olivers Babycare, they had a plan B! They could flog off their crusty old display pieces to me with only a fractional discount. Very bad deal, not accepted! So I tell them I would like my £60.00 deposit back as they have not fulfilled my order. I tell them that I will visit the store in my lunch hour so they can refund my card. Don't worry, they say, "we can refund you on our system". I said this was no problem, to just send me an email so I have it in writing so I know it is done. No email received. I send a chase email. Still no response. I call in and they tell me that actually they need me to come into store. Too late now, despite this being what I said I would do if they hadn't told me not to bother! But they tell me they can refund me over the phone. They seem to have refunded me with only partial card details. I ask them again to just send me an email to confirm they have refunded me. Still no email! They are completely unwilling to put anything in writing. Why is that? Why don't they want to commit to anything, like the refund I am entitled to? I have made a third call to ask for the same thing and I am still waiting. Awful service. Very unhappy pregnant partner. Through all of this I have been courteous and polite. We are waiting for a delivery for an order that we placed before all this kicked off, and I have a strong mind to return it for a refund. I won't do business with this company again, that's for sure.

Rather disappointed with the service really. Ordered a product which was in stock and had next day delivery, I waited a few days and nothing turned up so I emailed, I waited a few more days before I got a reply saying that they were waiting for more stock to arrive! I wouldn't have ordered from this site if I'd known that as I needed the item ASAP. Hopefully the item turns up in the next few weeks.
