I got my hair permed here yesterday and some parts of my hair are still straight after the perm with Prerna, she was not very careful when she was perming it and she said my hair is different and needed more medicine but after using more medicine she didn’t even ensure all my hair got permed. I paid full online and then she said since I used more medicine I needed to pay more. I would be willing to pay more if all my hair got permed perfectly but she didn’t. We had a big argument in the end and the other employee named Zoe, she kicked me out of the store with a super bad attitude. You can see the picture, one side is still pretty straight comparing to the other side, I’m super disappointed with paying hundreds pound to get this service and got kicked out by Zoe.

Every time I come here I leave with a big smile. I have lots of hair and Oliver is a master of cutting it creating volume and reviving my curls. They're also great with hair coloring and they will sit down with you and provide a colutation on the right color and technique. The staff is friendly and very professional.

It’s been so hard for me to find proper perming in London, for some reason not many salon list it in their service menu. Finally found here and had my perming done today on the hair I’ve been growing for a year and a half. Oliver did a real impressive job and ending look was lovely, quite a nice experience here.
