Cannot Trust & Won’t recommend! Sent diesel car for DPF issue. Received a call to say they had had to fill the Adblue tank with over 5 litres of the fluid. Immediately I knew that was untrue because I had filled the adblue tank myself few days earlier so I challenged this we both acknowledging the tank was not leaking. By the time I arrived at the garage to collect the car, the story had been changed to "they bought the Adblue but had not put it the car as tank was full"....... And they had the nerve to charge for it! I probed further about the job done and many things just didn't add up. How can I now believe the main reasons why I took the car to the garage was even addressed? After all, the problems were still on the car, nothing changed!! Typically when I have had such a problem the mechanic will even show you a picture of your clogged EGR valve. But not with this garage!
