    If you’re not training with her, you’re simply missing out!! I met Olga at Midnight Runners and once I got to know her, it became very clear I wanted her to be my coach… Olga is the most solar and inspiring person I have met and her coaching transformed me beyond expectations. I approached her as preparing for my first multi stage trail mountain ultramarathon (250km in 5 days with 10,000m elevation gain) and we worked together 6 months to get my body, my mental and logistics prepared for this race. She provided a complete package: targeted strength sessions at the gym, complementary cross training, running sessions, monthly heavy-duty gym sessions in person, regular in-person/ WhatsApp checkins; but also advised me on how to manage training better: sleep, nutrition etc. and helped me stay on top of a healthy mental health during training, race and taper - which is often underrated by many ultra running coaches. The results probably spoke for themselves: I finished the race in great shape and had the most amazing experience (+ 7th female on top of this!), beat all distance PBs in training, haven’t been injured nor encountered ANY niggle during the whole training/race/post-race and I haven’t been frustrated in training as I had complete understanding and explanation of our process and training path. And most importantly, I can confidently say that Olga is an incredible coach who listens first, coaches second. She has a wide knowledge of how physical and mental work for endurance running and knows how to apply it even to the most demanding race. Whether you’re looking to run your first marathon, PB on it, or attempt a demanding ultra marathon, I would strongly recommend you get in touch with Olga and trust her. She works really hard, her approach works and she is very very involved and happy in seeing her clients succeed. Don’t wonder, go for it!

    Taking part in the Kettlebell Shred Challenge has made me stronger, on the inside as well as the outside. Moreover, my physique is more defined than it was before. Kettlebell workout is very versitile way of exercising, which I find fun and efficiant, but also challenging. In addition to this, what I really appreciate is the structured schedule with a variation of easy and challenging exercises/sessions throughout the week. You know length of the session, what it's all about, and once you've started, it gets done. All of this is of course thanks to Olga, who is a supportive and encouraging coach. She's someone you can count on.

    The most important thing is that I really enjoyed Olga’s boot camp! 30 mins a day was do-able and I had her mantra ‘get it done’ in my head. The benefit is that it works! I feel stronger, I’ve lost inches, I’ve lost weight and I don’t feel exhausted / overwhelmed by all.     I have been working out with Olga online for the last year now. I am 46 yrs old and have been doing circuits and exercise regularly nearly all my life so I feel I have a good idea of what I want out of a circuit and Olga is the one! I am in Staffordshire and Olga in London. I chose Olga due to meeting her at midnight runners when I was in London. I loved her energy. Olga is amazing! The daily sessions she set in her workouts focus on different areas of the body each day and are NEVER boring. It’s perfect for me to be able to do at least 25mins of quality sessions each day which I can fit in with my busy work and family schedule, along with my runs which I do myself. Olga has so much energy and is a joy to watch each day. She makes everything exciting and interesting. The exercises are perfectly explained, and demonstrated, giving variations for different abilities. I always look forward to the sessions and wouldn’t look anywhere else for online circuits.     I joined Olga’s core detox and spring core sculpt programmes, and in four months have seen more of a change in my physique and well-being than I have seen in the last ten years of trying different exercise plans only to lose interest.
