These classes are great for anyone looking for a small community to help motivate their progress. These small groups make the experience far more enjoyable vs. trying to just learn by yourself.

I had an excellent experience learning German at Olesen Tution with Annika. As a complete beginner, I was initially hesitant to take online classes, but Annika's teaching style made it easy to follow and understand. I was pleasantly surprised by the progress I made in a relatively short period of time, and I found the lessons to be well-structured, engaging and focused on practical usage of the language. Annika is an excellent teacher who is supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and would highly recommend Annika to anyone interested in learning German.

We couldn't have hoped for a better learning environment. The small class sizes mean that everyone gets to interact and get feedback from the teacher. We started off as total beginners with Jens (the founder) and continued through to B1 level with Anja as teachers. Both were great to learn from and we really appreciated the time Anja takes to make students confident speakers through exercises and conversations as well as taking us through grammar and vocabulary.

I studied at the Olesen Tuition for approximately 2 years after starting out learning German in evening classes at a University and I found the difference in teaching significant. I worked with 3 or 4 different teachers in my time there ( including Jens himself) and I found them to be all excellent & experienced native teachers. They were very friendly and had really good teaching methods and explained things very well. The class setting was also perfect for me as there were maximum 5 -6 students in each class. You never felt left out amongst the other learners. Jens has been really encouraging in my language journey even when I have felt inadequate. I only went away for a temporary hiatus but I will definitely return. I highly recommended this independent language school.
