From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away my new car I felt respected, valued and listened to and, from what I saw whilst in the showroom, it was evident that all customers were getting the same experience. This is not the first car I have bought from Oldham Mazda and I will not hesitate from recommending the dealership to friends and family and in particular Joe Riley who took such great care of me. Recently bought a used car from here. Excellent service from the brilliant Matt. So after my initial review I have to say the service hasn't been great. We had been sold the mazda family, but we didn't get that at all. When it came to trying to contact the person who'd sold us the car I never got a response. The battery died randomly after 6 months. The sensor notification keeps coming on, a bit concerning when you're driving. When it was time for a service I'd get calls an no voicemail. When I did take it in, I explained my concerns an was told 'that's just what the car does' It then had to go back to get the belt sorted. Which I had to chance up getting done. I've since had a random text asking me to book in for an MOT, miles from my home, it isn't due until July. It's been a real let down to be fair.

I have just picked up my new CX30 from Mazda Oldham dealing with Joe Riley, who first approached me whilst I was there for a service on my last car, in a non pushy sales way, but giving me good and relevant advice on a potential swap.
