Ever since doctor Fleming left , it’s been a shambles, doctors come and go , you can’t get an appointment, you have to ring bang on 8am to try and get a cancellation, if it’s engaged you no it’s not your day to get one it’s a lottery, I was under dr Fleming for 40 years never had a problem getting an appointment. I have issues with my mum but feel neglected and vulnerable from a poor uncaring practice. Despair .

If there was a rating for 0. I have only moved to this area and registered with this GL but my God it is awful. 3 weeks in a row trying to get an appointment. They dnt even try to Triage to know what your problem is they just say "no appointments" being a healthcare professional myself I dnt want to go to A&E for a problem I know will cause stress on the department and its not and emergency problem but at this point i dnt even know what to do. This is problematic as it affects safety

very poorly run surgery, making silly excuses and poor attitude and the manager always backs their mistakes. poor quality service safeguarding needs evaluating, they remove poor comments from google hiding the facts...that they try to triage without any training, receptionist pick and choose who can make an appointment...

Absolutely pathetic! I'm on call as I'm typing, for the last 30 minutes I'm number one in the queue apparently. I did not choose this GP surgery, I was automatically registered as the last one shut down which I did not know about. I am looking to change and I hope to find a better and professional service. Please avoid.

Awful system, whenever i want an appointment they will ask me to call at 8 o clock in the morning, i tried to call them so many days the system keeps cutting my call saying there is a high volume of call, then one day I tried again around 8:10 am and all the appointments were taken in 10min!! This is ridiculous, And then they will always advice if you are not feeling well go to emergency, then what’s the point of joining in a GP practice we can’t even get an appointment for small complications! I am very unhappy and disappointed with this service!
