I love it here all the staff are lovely and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We'll sized pool and gym. The baby pool is a nice temperature and I would definitely recommend 👌

the facilities are great and most of the staff BUT the staff on the front desk really need retraining usually just one on till while a big Que forming then chat away to anybody near them they are rude and not at all helpful ,one example i had lost my car park ticket and she knew i had been in a class and insisted i pay full price to get out ? why you knew were i had been ! everyone complains about reception so come on Oldham retrain the staff with manners and customer care
