I’ve had to get a bigger car to accommodate the baby, pram etc. and moving from the A1 to the Q2 was made easy and exciting by Andrew Allison. He was keen for me to enjoy what was initially a very practical exchange from start to end. He was patient as he showed me all the new features on the Q2 and even managed to get some bespoke changes made before my pick up day (above and beyond what I expected). On the day, a lovely lady wished me “Happy new car day” while giving me a drink and biscuits. The car was uncovered by Andrew (after I’d taken some pics for the family) and Andrew then got a colleague to transfer my car seat from the A1 to the new car, which was so helpful. I’m over the moon and will definitely be back to Oldham Audi for the next upgrade. Thank you 😊

Oldham Audi cant do the basics right. Basics being communication. I Have a car in for repair. Yes there are delays around parts which is not oldham Audi's fault. However when i ring up and someone says "i'll get someone to ring you back", its not unreasonable to expect someone to call you back. I've called 4 times today with the same outcome and waiting 4 hours for a call back from my inital call. This is not a one off and has happened pretty much every time i need to speak with someone in service. THese guys could learn a lot from VW Bury as ive had 3 golfs prior to this Audi and the customer experiance was excellent. Here they cant do the basic right.. learn to communice and keep your customers infromed. If you say someone will phone you back, do it, its not hard.

I have just purchased my Audi Q5 and I could not be happier. My salesman Alam has been fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He answered every call and email with knowledge and efficiency and the test drive was fun yet informative. The hand over was easy and fluent. I have also been impressed with the after sale process. Checking I was happy and all ok with the car. Everyone in the showroom were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Alam and Oldham Audi. I will definitely be returning in the future.
