I am really pleased with the service Richard provided to help my Westie puppy. I never though I would get my Westie to walk on the lead without pulling. I have tried so many different leads and harnesses which didn't work. But with Richards's guidance and training, he is a different dog. He was lying down when he saw other dogs but that stopped straight away after discussing what technique to use. Thanks, Richard you have now made walks enjoyable. 🙂

We had a very giddy staffordshire bull terrier who we saved from an owner who was miss treating him. He was not nasty but was uncontrollable. Along came Richard and in a matter of 2 weeks our friends and family saw a total transformation. He allows people through the door without jumping up, we doesn't pull on the lead and he is now a lovely dog to live with. Richard has so much guidance, what he doesnt know about dogs isn't worth knowing. Structured feedback, practical exercises and a plather of best practices. So happy with the outcome of our dog who we can now leave him with others. Thank you
