    Great little private gym. All of the trainers are lovely and very knowledgeable. It's always a great vibe in both the small and larger groups. Theres always something going on; baby gym, yoga, physio, massage and always lots of fitness and strength training. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking to get fit and/or strong!

    Training at OSF was the best decision I ever made. I’ve progressed with my fitness beyond where I thought I could be, and I’m continually pushed to places where I’m not sure I can get to, but Coach Champ knows I have the capability of being. The community feel is wonderful, everyone supports each other and no one gets left behind. Everyone is there supporting and cheering each other on. The best thing about OSF, you’re never a misfit....but always a member of a supportive group. I would recommend OSF and Coach Champ to anyone who’s serious about fitness with an added dash of fun and a whole lot of community!

    Old School Fitness has become a second home to my Family and I, a place we can escape to when everyday life can be a bit chaotic. It's inspirational what Craig and Steph have created with this gym! It's not your 'normal' gym, that's the best thing about it! It's a real community feel with everything you could possibly need for your health and well-being in one place! When I have a classes with Craig (Silverback Strength) I don't feel I need to drag myself there as I would going to a normal gym, i enjoy going there, I enjoy how the class pushes me and when I think I have nothing left to give, it turns out I do!! I couldn't recommend OSF more, it's a community, a Family.

    Old School Fitness is more than just a gym. It's a real community where everyone is welcome. All the members are incredibly friendly and it's a real diverse group. I've been doing strength camp with Craig since Christmas and absolutely love it. It's bloody hard but very rewarding. Can also highly recommend Jas from Revive Sports Massage who has really helped me with some mobility issues. It's really a one stop shop for your wellbeing and if you get the chance, be sure to pick up some peanut butter balls. To die for. 😍

    After a recommendation off my friend I signed up to the classes at Old School Fitness and i'm so glad that I did. With a past history of signing up to gyms and quitting within a couple of months I decided to join the Silver Back Strength classes. The atmosphere feels more like a family with everyone constantly pushing you until the end, Craig is continuously supportive and pushes you throughout the class. Within the past two months I have noticed a complete change in my fitness and strength levels. I would recommend Old School Fitness to anyone.
