Went to 2 really good, highly enjoyable fitness classes this week. Both held by Imani, Faith Fitness UK. Managed to get both classes in as I was on annual leave this week. First class was at 11:00-12:00, second was at 18:30-19:30. I highly recommend these fitness classes. Left feeling energised and great. Will definitely continue to go to the evening classes after work. Tell a friend to tell a friend. Classes are currently free until Jan 2022. There after they will be a small very reasonable fee. Definitely worth it!
