My car needed a new ABS pump. All staff were friendly and super helpful. I was given a car to use while mine was being done, with no extra cost. The job was done really quickly, even with 2 bank holidays. And a bonus was that they came in under the expected quote. If you want a super friendly mechanic and someone who will have your best interests at heart. Then don't go further.

First time using this garage. Needed an MOT & Service and after doing some research and reading the existing reviews I had the confidence to book. The service was faultless and would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly, explaining what needed doing to in a way that made (some level of) sense to me when I know nothing about cars! Always kept me up to date and work was done quickly. The price of the work was really reasonable and I will definitely recommend this garage to friends and family, and return again myself should I have any future issues with my car. A huge thank you to the team!!

My car started playing up on my way home from work. I drove straight to the garage in the pouring rain. It was closing time and the guys were very helpful. They lent me a car to get home and I left my car there. It was all fixed by the end of the following day. Thank you for the great service and the kind gesture.

I've been coming to OLRG for nearly 10 years now and they have always treated me like a valued customer since my first visit. Richard (who usually greets at the front desk and also on the phone) always provides impeccable customer service, cuts costs where possible, and for someone like myself (who's car knowledge should be better), is a trustworthy consultant who often provides free advice on the phone if there are any minor issues between service visits.
