I wish this could be something more positive. But I've been trying to get a gp appointment for over year now. I have be going to hospital to help with my seizures and fits and I've gone through 111 and any available platform to just get health care. I have been referred back to my GP and I haven't been able to get an appointment. I called them at 8 am this morning and they told me they were full already. We tried to call again they claimed I never called then hung up on me. Also claimed I didn't show to my previous appointment in April and march. They cancelled my march appointment and then in my April one they showed me a you tube video on how to use an inhaler. I'm seeking medical help as I keep having seizures. I can't quite believe how hard it is to see a doctor and how rude they were . This has all been written on behalf of my college and we have been witnessing her treatment over the past year and it has been utterly apaulling !

Absolutely rubbish service. You can never get an appointment, either the phone line is closed, they’re not giving out any appointments or there’s no doctors on site. You also can’t book appointment in advance like their website says you can. You’re told to call at 8am if you want an appointment for on that day.
