Don't expect this office to be open at 9AM as stated online. Customers told the people queueing that 10AM was a better bet. When I went a queue formed from 9AM and at 9.20AM, a single employee showed up. 9.30AM if you're lucky they'll finally open.

Very slow service, queues are always halfway down the road with just one person(often rude) serving, you wait for ages. Also for months now they keep saying'sorry the Gas/electric card machine is broken'. Its been broken for months. Why don't they just say they don't do theGas/electric instead of making people queue up for ages and then tell them.? It's quicker to go to another post office.

Usually one, maximum two persons behind the counter which usually leave people queuing down the road. But the main issue is that they are always deceptive about the charges. They always try to add on charges, get the maximum out of you. Why ? I have no idea. You have to clarify if you want the standard/ basic option. I do not find them to be helpful.

I was in front of this post office at 08:50am and could not believe that this post office was still not opening their doors for customer as at 9:30am even though their opening hours is 9am to 5:30pm (shocking).

Lovely people but I wish they would turn up on time. I waited for half an hour this morning, man turned up at 0915 ready to start at 0920. This then meant I was 25 mins behind schedule and there was a whole queue of people there. Someone said that they are often late…. So why not advertise as open later?

Never had a good experience here. Only ever one person working behind the desk and they are very rarely helpful. Somehow you're guaranteed to wait at least 30 mins to be seen, even if there's only one other person in front of you in the queue. Parcels are just left out on the floor by the door, ready for anyone to take or break. Try my hardest to avoid it at all costs.
