Our cottages come with fully equipped kitchens, bedding and towels, heating and electricity, and free Wi-Fi. Some of the cottages also have fireplaces or wood-burning stoves. We provide a starter pack of logs and kindling for these features.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. If you need to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a late check-in for you. On the day of check-out, we ask that you vacate the cottage by 10 am so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

If you need to cancel your cottage rental, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the time of year. During peak season, we require at least 28 days' notice for a full refund. Outside of peak season, we require at least 14 days' notice. If you cancel within these time frames, we will refund your payment minus a cancellation fee. If you cancel outside of these time frames, we are unable to provide a refund.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in some of our cottages. However, we do charge a small fee per dog, per stay. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can make sure you are booked into a pet-friendly cottage.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?

During peak season, we have a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights. Outside of peak season, we have a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. However, we do offer shorter stays at our discretion, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.
