Rooms: The room was very comfortable if a little on the small side, there wasn't a chair to sit on or tea and coffee making facilities in the room, these were available from the bar free of charge or from a set up at the bottom of the stairs to the rooms. The shower room was a good size although I expect due to the age of the property the drains did smell a little, but ok if you kept the door shut. Parking was not a problem on site either as the hotel has a fair sized car park. Nearby activities: We stayed here due to its proximity to Whipsnade Zoo which is about half a mile or so up the road. We also visited Bletchley Park, about a 30 minute drive away.
