My kid loves it here, he always asks to go, we usually go first thing in the morning when it's quieter. Versace is new to the team and very friendly and outgoing, as are all staff, always friendly and helpful.

The staff was very rude. I kindly asked her to mop the floor because it was wet and she made a rude face, showing that she didn't want to. And when I said thank you she ignored me. Also disgustingly dirty!
