We had a terrible experience with these kennels and would advise anyone to avoid at all cost. The level of care is very poor - our dog was at the kernels for two weeks in which time she lost 25% of her weight. Although we gave the kennels owner two phone numbers she failed to think this weight loss important enough to contact us. She thought she was not eating during the two weeks because she was pining for us. The day she was collected we had to arrange an emergency vets appointment and after ultra sounds she was found to have a tumor which has meant she had to be put down Clearly we do not hold the kennels responsible for her illness. Our disgust with the kennels owner is the total lack of care and the inability to see the animal was ill and needed urgent vet care.
