This was my first hygiene and I was quite anxious about it all. Sitting in the waiting room reminded me of flashbacks as a child waiting for my mum and then seeing her in agony as she came out of the dentist so those memories were very real. I have to say that Rimy was amazing! She was reassuring and kept me updated with what she was doing every step of the way and even used the mirror to show me. My anxiety was definitely worse than the procedure and for anyone out there who is not keen at all, you really have nothing to worry about. Other than a little sensitivity on my bottom front teeth, the whole experience was and isn't anything to worry about. I was looked after and my teeth have never felt and looked so clean. Thank you so much Rimy, you were so kind and patient!

I am the worst kind of patient for a dentist to have to deal with and Yet Mr Zacharatos is gentle, kind and compassionate as he talks me through the process, ensuring that I am pain free and as comfortable as possible at all times. His patience is immeasurable for those that have had precious bad experiences and his reassuring smile never fails to make me feel silly for the nerves I have built up prior to my visit. I truly wish I could give Old Harlow Dental Practice more than 5-Stars. All the staff are extremely helpful & courteous and I truly appreciate them all. I have been coming here for a few years now and my experience is a very positive one. Dr Zacharatos is very skilled at what he does, a gentle craftsman and he is very caring. It is easy to see that he cares both staff and patients. The receptionists are always very polite and caring and always tend to put one at ease. Based on the results of my dental treatments and the caring nature of all of the staff I would recommend this practice and wish I could give it more than 5-Stars. Thank you.

Been a patient almost from the beginning….couldn’t rate this practice highly enough never been let down. The receptionists always pleasant and helpful when needed. I feel blessed to have such a kind caring dentist. My past experiences from when I was a child and growing up have left a fair bit of trauma ….to this day it’s an ordeal sitting in the chair…. Dr Zacharatos is a gem ….takes time to communicate regarding any concerns that I may have and that to me is worth it’s wait in gold …..provides a great hygienist who is full on with what you should be doing to keep your teeth healthy for as long as you can….I’ve had a bit of private work done as well as I felt I could trust my dentists judgement ….that says a lot for me so long may they continue to provide a great service.

Old Harlow Dental Practice is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. Tolis is a first-class dentist and absolutely fantastic professional. My experiences here have been great and I am vey happy. Tolis has been my dentist for the past 15 years. He has a calming presence and he has saved my teeth. The dental assistants are just as gifted. Angeliki - front desk staff - is highly experienced in the management of issues\appointments etc and is so friendly and helpful explaining everything. She is exceptional. I highly doubt I will ever be as satisfied by another dental office. 5 stars all day.
