Although it was painful, Gemma uses a cooling system which really helps and my first session completely exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend Gemma at Old Flame enough. I have a reasonably large, very heavy all black tribal star tattoo from the 90s that I've hated, well since the 90s! I have had my first session with Old Flame and can already see significant fading to the entire area. The treatment was much faster and less painful than I was expecting. The treatment room was decorated really nicely and Gemma talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
