I got the impression customer's are judged on arrival at the establishment. Customers who dress/appear "well off" are accommodated by certain members of staf, and customers who don't appear to fit that category, are left to other staff member's. I approached a well dressed member of staff regarding a purchase and he disappeared following my enquiry with the promise to return. He never did return, and my £600 purchase was administered by someone else. This establishment screams discrimination.
