So disappointed we were refused to be seated. Very poor customer service. We had made a booking online, the website showed a confirmation screen. When we arrived, the staff asked us for a confirmation email, but we didn't receive any email. He said we cannot enter unless we have a confirmation email. We ask him to check if they have received our reservations, our name should be in the system, but the staff has no intention to even try to help us at all, he just keeps saying it is fully booked, while there is an empty table there, which could be ours. We left with a whole lot of disappointment. Their staff is not helpful at all.

Decent food and ‘authentic’ ambience. Unfortunately marred by rude and shockingly poor service - we were literally chased out and our unfinished sake and food unceremoniously removed from our table without asking us because they screwed up with their reservation timings and wanted to turnover the table. Very , very shabby! No amount of good food will excuse such service, or lack thereof.
