Bought two cases at £55 each yesterday as an urgent purchase for holiday...checked them in and when they came out on carousel...3 wheels missing off one and two wheels missing off other. Absolute rubbish quality and when we are back definitely want our money back. To be fair, I forgot to update post holiday...I took cases back and was offered an exchange or money back with no issue...happy with cases I swapped with as much better quality and got 20quid back. Thank you for resolving/good after sale Customer service.

I was served if you can call it that by the rudest man I had ever met. Literally snatched the money out of my hand on the doorstep for the suitcase going that's 20 quid and giving me dirty looks. No please, thankyou, offer of help or goodbye. I said thankyou and goodbye to which he didn't reply and I just received another filthy look. What a contemptible attitude and doesn't deserve my business. For this reason me or my family would never return. Shame as used to be friendly and helpful in here.
