I ordered a chicken teriyaki ( because they had no sushi) although the flavors were great the quality of the chicken was not good, the skin was left on and some chicken pieces were just not edible. I will try again .

This was not a Japanese katsu. It was served with Thai jasmine rice. The chicken tasted old and had bits of knuckle that my partner and I both bit into. The sauce was nothing like a katsu it was more of a thin gravy. The potatoes were shrivelled, old, grey and very weird. It was inedible. The gyoza were supposed to be steamed and then the bottom pan-fried. They were deep fried. A phone call to the restaurant was pointless. “We don’t know why….” Nothing else said. It seems like there is no Oiwai- the phone call was taken by Thai Crystal staff who spoke to their own team. There was no member of an Oiwai team to talk to.

Ordered from their website to deliver, which stated they were open and accepting orders. After taking my money they then closed the location, without any kind of contact. Its unfortunate cause I have heard great things about the food but I am unlikely to try and use them again.
