SPENT OVER £60 AND DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING. WHEN I TRIED TO GET A REFUND THE WOMEN JUST REFUSED TO EVEN AKNOWLEGE THE PROBLEM TELLING ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. BEING NICE WILL GET YOU NOWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY, THE ONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND IS BY BOMBARDING THEM WITH CALLS UNTIL THEY FINALLY CAVE. I HAVE NEVER IM MY LIFE HAD TO WAIT 2 MONTH AND MAKE OVER 50 CALLS TO GET A REFUND. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

Really tried to work it out with the woman Rachel who owns the company , but she is so rude and really needs some training in customer service, you expect when your about to spend thousands on an order that the customer service would be good, well actually any amount should be good manners. But so rude. I do not recommend ! Been having problems every time I order now. Even when I didn't get an order, I was told that it could have been stolen. When in fact they left the postcode of my address! No compensation for this, or apology from the owner. My recent conversation made me feel terrible. I have found another supplier, who is kind polite and appreciates my custom during this difficult time in the world.
