Really nice, comfortable place with a decent selection of beers, however... on our recent visit we turned up just before opening at 4pm. Headphone-wearing dude didn't acknowledge us waiting outside as he entered and locked the door behind him. 10 minutes waiting outside and we could see aforementioned dude, still with headphones on getting stools etc. ready. Still waiting outside at 4:10pm, and with no engagement while waiting in the cold, we buggered off to Tap &; Can. Shame really because, when you get in, it's a great place to be. Customer service really poor.
