OHSO’s accounts department would do well in the debt collection industry. They are extremely aggressive and rude at the stage of reminding you to make a payment so missing a payment is completely out of the question. When it became apparent that our businesses were not a good fit we mutually agreed to part ways with our invoices all paid up. Once we parted ways, Chris of OHSO became extremely nasty and spiteful. He refused to release our relevant passwords meaning that Microsoft had to get involved. Chris withheld our passwords to punish us for leaving. He persisted with this even though other members of his team seemed really uncomfortable with his vindictiveness towards our firm. We have had advice from other IT professionals who have told us that OHSO had no right to refuse to provide us with our passwords. Fortunately, we moved on as a business in spite of OHSO. If you are a small to medium size business needing IT services, you must think twice before using this firm because they will not act professionally if you decide to leave. To that end our advice to you is to avoid OHSO.
