He installed a double socket, chased cables into the wall, added an extra light point in the bathroom and prepared a fused connection unit for the bathroom radiator, all for a competitive price. He also gave advice and options on how to best approach installing the light (or LED strip) in the future. I will definitely be hiring him again.
