Terrible place to work, good engineering manager and MD,but other than that awful, and some of the staff you have to speak to on the phone are just awful people to have to talk to, god knows how they speak to customers, Sam is probably the only decent one and Tim, good luck getting the commission you earnt though as they’ll just fob you off and say you didn’t earn enough even though anyone with half a brain can figure out how much commission you have earnt ( you do the paperwork and can see the prices the customer pays) but still they will tell you you havnt met the target and just keep all the money you had early starts for and late finishes so do not work hard there as you’ll get no reward or praise for so if you get a job there with commission you’ll be on the standard rate because no chance they’ll pay you commission let alone the correct amount; I am not the only person this has happened to.
