I placed my order through their website and due to some issues with the website ( the order process will definitely need some updates as it doesn't tell you the pick up address) I went to the wrong store. My order apparently submitted to Nottingham town store but I wanted the Beeston store. The person from Nottingham store didn't really wanted to fix the issue and just asked me to pick up it from there , otherwise I would lose it. But the head office,and also all the staff from Beeston store were super helpful and they fixed the issue. The burgers were amazing, one of the best burger I ever tried . ( We ordered the double stack and the Swiss burger) The portions are also very big. I would definitely go back and I would highly suggest everyone to try their burgers :)

I have a massive addiction on the spicy buttermilk chicken burger. Since I was diagnosed with insuline intolerance I was avoiding my favourite burger. Today I was offered to have my burger without the bun and have salad instead of fries. I AM SO GRATEFUL! Tesekkür Ederim for the Beeston staff!❤

We ordered 4 burgers. Three tasted great but unfortunately the halloumi burger was really below par. The burger bun was soggy with a tasteless slice of tomato and lettuce leaf. The chips were over seasoned with paprika. Overall a very mixed experience ☹️

We just move to this town and find this burger restaurant. We ordered one meal to have a try and find the amount of one meal is so large for two person eat. For only £8.99 The roast chicken taste like Nando’s peri peri chicken but much better than that one.

Went there at 9pm, still people working hard there. Ordered a takeaway cheeseburger for £8.50 and it was done and in the bag in less than 3 minutes. Great service.
