Extremely disappointed about the customer service I received. I brought a Groupon for 3 manicures. I used one and the lady did a fantastic job on my nails. She told me the manicures were valid until April but when I tried to rebook she refused to let me and sakd they had expired. Did not stick to her word and I lost out on money and she did not refund me or honour what she said. Poor customer service - I contacted Groupon who refunded my money straight away which shows that I was in the right. Service: Manicure
