Terrible customer service. Contacted their company regarding renting a car for my wedding, the guy was very impatient and the way he was responded back on WhatsApp it was as if he was doing me a favour. What a joke. Thank God I didn't waste my money. Not everyone has knowledge of cars so be kind and patient with people when they are asking questions. Your response to my review justifies exactly what I said... People that lack patients shouldn't do business I did have the basic knowledge but you seemed irritated when I was asking questions and also gave me the raised eyebrow. What professional replies like that.
