The service I received from Oscar Garrett at OG Pest Control was exceptional. He made a full inspection of my property, identified where the rats were located and managed to get rid of the infestation within a few days. Rats were eating the back of my fridge freezer so I was very anxious to sort the problem out quickly before they did further damage. Oscar came the next day. He also made weekly visits after the initial treatment to make sure that I was still rat free. He was friendly and reassuring and very respectful of my property. I cannot recommend Oscar highly enough! He is wonderful! When we had mice in our ceiling he called round the same day (the only exterminator who could make time for us immediately), working well past his advertised hours. I'm so glad he did - Oscar was not only lovely to deal with (responsive, informative and patient with my many questions), his service was to the highest standard, going above and beyond to ensure that our rodent problem was dealt with. Not only did he solve the ceiling problem, he also inspected our kitchen and patched up holes where he believed rodents were gaining access behind the cabinets (we didn't even know about the mice in the kitchen, but could see the droppings where they had been hiding. Oscar's fee was a fraction of the other nationwide companies I had contacted first, but his service was absolutely first class. His service came with a guarantee of a free return if we have the problem reoccur within a year - again something that no one else could offer - and to be honest, we'll never use anyone else again!
