Do not under any circumstances entrust this company with anything to do with your office moves. I would have serious concerns leaving them in charge of posting a letter let alone moving offices internationally. We had a consultation with them, where they came to view what needed to be moved from our office in London, and when it needed to arrive in Germany. We agreed on a one week period for delivery from London to Dusseldorf in Germany. I very clearly laid out that items needed to be loaded on one day and delivered 8 days later in Dusseldorf. We promptly paid bill. On day of removal from London the men arrived expecting only to pack ( which we had already done ) with no idea they were loading a lorry, and that some would be taken for clearance and other pieces taken to Dussledorf. Once this was sorted and the load done, I relaxed in the knowledge that the items would be delivered 8 days later to our office in Dusseldorf. The day before agreed delivery date we called to confirm a time. We were told the lorry wouldn't be arriving, as they were waiting for other loads, and they had no expected delivery date yet. When I called Patrick O'Boyle to find out what was going on, I was shouted at down the phone, told this is what is to be expected and that they never know when items will be delivered. At no point had anyone told us this might happen, or given us any update as to what was going on. In fact the lorry had not even left London. Nobody bothered to call to let us know. It turns out they have subcontracted the delivery to another company, over whom they have no control. Again this was never discussed with us. I have had to chase every day for 7 days to try to find out where all of our items are, as I have now lost a weeks worth of business whilst our possessions are held with no confirmation of when I will get them back. Eventually I was told on Tuesday the lorry will arrive 'Wednesday or Thursday' this week. Now the driver contacts to inform us he will arrive Thursday morning, with just one person to unload a 3 man office. Just terrible terrible service, totally unreliable company, incredibly rude manager, I cannot say it enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
