I ordered an RH Logic 400 chair from here and got stellar service. I had first picked the wrong chair and had some concerns about the shipping costs. Upon calling, everything was clarified, and I received many pictures and videos of the two chairs I was interested in, which enabled me to pick the correct one. The chair itself was shipped brilliantly and arrived in record time and intact in amazing condition (which was a miracle to me as a different furniture company delivered 5 broken chairs). You couldn't even tell it was used. Amazing price and customer service, well deserving of 5 stars.
