    I’ve been working for OFAI for over a year now, and having experienced the positivity and team atmosphere, I can easily say it’s been the best experience of my life. The bosses are incredible – Paul and Oliver are great leaders who are open-minded, have extensive knowledge of the office interiors industry and are always keen to share what they’ve learnt. They provide the whole team with the perfect environment to grow and succeed. On top of this, working with the team is lots of fun. We have the opportunity to get to know and integrate with one another with regular team building days, including most recently a boat trip to the Isle of Wight where we had a fantastic meal in a lovely restaurant. I’d recommend working here to anyone who’s not only looking for an employer that supports the Living Wage, but also helps with their professional and personal development whilst remaining stress-free and great fun.
