They will also ring you and tell you if the item you've ordered is available cheaper - or if there's an unbranded version that is just as good. Ordering from the website is quick and easy with next delivery available if you need it. The search feature on the website doesn't always find what you need - depending on what you call particular items. But they're always happy to point you in the right direction if you give them a quick call.
