    Not climate controlled. Still under construction in some parts. Our units contents is now covered in dust. Although you use a keypad to get in access is very limited, especially on weekends (when most people actually have time!). Closed (no access at all to your unit!) during holidays!

    My unit is in the New Masons Building, and there is no real competition for storage in this area. Things I like: -It's conveniently located. -It's reasonably priced. -The staff and management are friendly and helpful. Things I don't like: -The goods trolleys are poor. -If you're on the 1st or 2nd floor it's a pain to move your stuff up and down in the hoist lift. Be prepared to wait if someone is using the hoist, and be prepared to run up 2 or 3 flights of stairs when some numpty doesn't bother to close the doors when they've finished unloading. -The roads are absolutely abysmal (although this isn't their fault of course). -Access is limited on Sundays. Overall I recommend Offerfair. Easy access and affordable storage in St. Leonards!
