Went in on the off chance of picking up a spring clip that holds the wheel on a lawn mower after trying 2 others suppliers close by, one wasn't interested the other never even returned my call, but the lady at OHMS took one look at the part I'd showed her and a minute later was back from the store room with an identical replacement part and what's more she never charged me. In this day and age it's difficult to find good service let alone excellent, they clearly know their stuff here and on that basis they get a glowing recommendation from me. Thank you.

The service we have received from Hayley, Pete, Jackie and especially Martin has been nothing short of outstanding! Understanding difficult circumstances, a demo mower was delivered and diligently installed by an expert and at lightning speed!! As soon as the model we had chosen was received from the manufacturers, it too was very promptly & expertly installed. Martin is an accomplished technician with a thorough understanding of all aspects of the machines he installs including the technical characteristics of both their software and hardware. I took my hedge trimmer to OHMS for repair. The assistant returned it saying the issue was sorted. It clearly wasn't as the same problem started after a few minutes of my husband attempting to use it. The machine went back and forth to them until I finally gave up. I was charged (and paid) a hefty repair bill for a trimmer that's unusable. Not only that, I received an aggressively worded invoice demanding payment for a repair to a lawn tractor that I don't even own! Abysmal, haphazard service. Go elsewhere.
